全**于2023年6月到达最长修业年限，未毕业且未结业。根据《15vip太阳集团官网研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发〔2019〕49号）第三十二条第四项的规定，拟予以全**同学退学处理。

JEON**has failed to graduate or complete of study within the maximum length of the program. According to Subparagraph 4 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, JEON** will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, JEON** can submit a written defense to the postgraduate management office of the school within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.

The written defense materials can be sent to email address rwxyyjsb@mailoa.tsinghua.edu.cn or delivered to Room 314 of the school of Humanities.
